Getting started
Accepting an invitation to a board
Your company secretary invites you by email. Open the link, accept, enter the code we send and set up your second step. It takes about a minute.
Updated
You join a board in Ratify when its company secretary invites you. There’s no sign-up form. Here, Aroha Williams accepts Priya’s invitation to join Drop Bear Rescue.
1. Open the email
The invitation comes from Ratify, names the person who invited you and the board, and has a link to join. Invitations last 14 days. If yours has expired, ask your company secretary to send another.
2. Check the board and accept
The link opens a page showing the board, your role, any committees you’re on, and the secretary’s personal message if they wrote one. Choose Accept invitation.

3. Enter the code and secure your account
We email a six-digit code to the invited address to confirm it’s you. Enter it, then set up a passkey or an authenticator app. Signing in walks through both. Most boards require one, and Ratify tells you if yours does.
That’s it: you land on your board’s home page, with your meetings, papers and anything waiting for you.
Already on another board?
If you already use Ratify for another board, accept the invitation the same way. The new board joins your account and you switch between them from the top of the page.
