What counts as a board?
Any board or committee that holds its own meetings. On Professional and Enterprise, committees of a board you already pay for are included.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, including directors, executives, observers and administrators.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Who qualifies for the not-for-profit discount?
Registered charities and not-for-profit organisations get 40% off. We may ask for your ACNC registration or equivalent.
Is there a minimum contract term?

What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export your packs, minutes, resolutions and audit log at any time, including after you decide to leave. We delete your data after an agreed period once you’ve left.
